He has undergone training in pesticide usage, where he learned about the benefits of utilizing helpful insects instead of harmful chemicals. FARMING PRACTICES
Our farm is truly a small-scale operation, spanning just around one acre. Our farming approach eschews the use of tractors, relying instead on manual labor to cultivate the land. This method enables us to maintain a strong connection to the earth while prioritizing the production of the finest quality crops. Through foregoing tilling and tractor use, we aim to establish highly fertile soil that facilitates the growth of healthy plants and nutrient-rich produce.
Our compact size demands that we maximize every inch of our land. Therefore, we adopt an intensive planting technique, selectively choosing crops and placing them in close proximity to one another. We also plant and replant our beds up to six times each year, leveraging our soil's robust health to support year-round growth.
